This website called TheMoviesHub with a tag line "Your Fun Time Begins Here" has done an appreciable work of colleting different streaming media from different sources and put them together in one place, all these online TV channels and online radio channels are mainly focused on indian online community.....

Thoug the design and look and feel of the site isn't great the site offers its usres what it promises.

The site has a a very clear disclaimer saying "Movies Hub does not host any of the files mentioned on this blog or on its own servers. Movies Hub only points out to various links on the Internet that already exist and are uploaded by other websites or users there. Hope it will keep them protected from taking anything off from their list.

Gaming Clans - living real in the virtual world. .

I am not new to the word clan but it was the first time I heard about the word "Gaming Clan". It's a term used to describe a group of people who connects to each other through some common game. They are from across the globe with all the diversities you can imagine.

I came across one such growing gaming clan called "Ministry of Defense", I was amazed to see that they maintain their own fully functional website for it's members.

The site for 'Ministry of Defense - gaming clan' has a profile section where each member can share their profile with the rest of the clan and the world. It also offers members only area for its 'registered only' members. You can see the profiles of wonderful 'M. O. D. - gaming clan' members here.

Wireless credit card, wow

I came across this news headlines "Wells Fargo, Visa to offer consumers wireless credit card option"

The news detail goes like this :

"Wells Fargo & Co. is looking to give its credit card customers a way to pay for items at stores and restaurants with a wireless device through an agreement with Visa USA.

Wells Fargo is currently testing out Visa's mobile platform payment technology. Bank officials also are examining whether consumers would buy into the mobile service.. to read the full story go here.

The reason I am writing about this news article is that it got me totally confused. In India I have not yet witnessed any form of wireless credit card payment option. So, it was diffcult for me to imagine the it will work.

After spending a few minutes searching and filtering throug materials on wireless credit card processing, I realized that there are two diffirent things people might be talking when they say wireless. They might mean wireless or mobile. The news article got me confused because it uses wireless as well as mobile both terms in this sentence- "Wells Fargo is currently testing out Visa's mobile platform payment technology."

I am not sure If the article is talking about the wireless payment or the mobile payment option.

Do I need Ruby/ Rails installed on my system in order to be able to develop rails applications using Raidrails ??

The answer is YES. Before using RaidRails to develop rails application you will need to install and configure a few other things on your computer.

For a couple of months now I have been reading about Ruby and Ruby on Rails also known as RoR.

During these few months I came across these new stuffs. I will just try to jot them down, as many as I can remember for now.

What is ruby ?
